ARGENTINASTORE.NET RETURN POLICY

Returns:
At ArgentinaStore.net, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions to be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.

Exceptions:
Perishable products, such as food, cannot be returned, except in exceptional cases due to an error on the part of ArgentinaStore.net.

 

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received your refund, first double-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a processing time before the refund is posted. If after performing these steps you still have not received your refund, contact us at welcome@argentinastore.net.

 

Sale Items:
Only regular priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at welcome@argentinastore.net and send your item to: Seestrasse 155 Horgen 8810.

 

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if it was sent to the giver to be delivered later, we will send a refund to the giver.


Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
